Car Seats

by

E & I are going to buy new car seats for our kids very soon. The car seats we have now are great, comfy and safe but the 5 point harness will not buckle if they have a jacket on. It is waaay to tight and they have just plain grown out of their car seat. So, we were off to go buy them each a new booster seat.
Then I saw this video.

Everything is a for a reason

This breaks my heart. Thank you, so much, for sharing it though. We just received a recall notice from our carseat company saying that once our child reaches 50 lbs we should “discontinue use of the top tether” as it may come loose during a crash. Naturally they aren’t planning to replace it with one that works, but we will be doing that ourselves.
