Holiday Craft

Saturday, December 2nd, 2006

Here is a craft idea for older kids, that will look great in your house or as a child’s special tree in their own room.

Send them out into the yard to look for some fallen branches.
Spray or paint them white on newspapers and let dry.
Place them in a vase and if they need help to keep them upright add rice, beads or colored rocks to the bottom of the vase.
Then hang ornaments or a paper chain, string cranberries or popcorn.

Voila! A beautiful, easy Christmas decoration.

Retro Game Night

Friday, December 1st, 2006

I love board games. My sister and I would play games all day on a rainy weekend. Those are some of my best memories. There is a great new game for the whole family that I will just have to get.
Game Night:fun for the whole family has good old fashioned games like crazy eights, liar and rummy.

It is a very cute retro game set.
